Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. As a teenager, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. She won her Pro Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the youngest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. She also won four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her college degree. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 saw her winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. The first step is warming up before moving on to working out. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way is possible. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
